TERMS & CONDITIONS:
You must register or log in to make a purchase on the Malherbe Publishers website.
Prices indicated online may differ from prices indicated at other stores, due to promotions, online or in-store specials.
Discount codes and price promotions are offered at the discretion of Malherbe Publishers and may be revoked or changed at any time.
Price changes from suppliers and promotions regularly influence prices. Please take note that items placed in the Wishlist or Cart may change in price without notice. When you purchase these items, you will be billed according to the items’ price at the time of purchase.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable and exclude the associated shipping charges.
Shipping charges can be updated at any time with or without prior notice.
When paying by credit card/debit card, the card details must be provided when making a purchase, as credit card/debit card details are not stored on the system for security purposes.
To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please provide an address where someone is available to take delivery during business hours.
Under normal circumstances, delivery in South Africa will take place within 7 – 10 days after placing an order. If there are any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible. There is limited stock of all goods on offer. Malherbe Publishers will make all reasonable efforts to notify the customer when a product is no longer available once ordered. Malherbe Publishers will only be liable to provide refunds where it is unable to fulfil orders at advertised prices.
When using EFT payments, please note that stock can only be reserved once the order has been placed and the payment reflects in the Malherbe Publishers bank account.
